Sorry Most Sorry (SMS)
There are several mobile companies and Internet sites, which provide free services for their customers. It is their business and do not do it as any mercy or show any curtsey. However the consumers have no etiquettes to utilize such services. It is Indian culture. If we get poison free of cost we have that much strength to form queues for getting the same. We have seen that if a lorry caring some harmful acids/chemicals falls in ditch people rush there to collect, they consume it treating it as liquor and die also. Govt.pays compensation as so called social responsibility. Free SMS do not mean harrying innocent people having no concern with such messages. Those who receive such messages have their own problems. It creates sever headache also. This further creates chronic and panic problems on festival occasions. An average person like me has to receive such messages in hundreds of numbers. The receiver has no choice to receive them and the to do work for deleting the same. This is unwanted intrusion too. There is also a practice among few young people who have no time to do constructive work but they right from morning to night forward SMS, which they receive. There is nothing like neither novelty nor creativities in those messages as the senders do not create messages but just forward them to others whom there are no concern with such messages. This messaging starts right from morning to late in the night. Since we do not have such facility on our mobile services not interested in or have such time to waste we find difficult to read and reply genuine messages. It costs 80 paise per message to reply on our mobile.. Again people have no etiquettes to convey greetings on festivals. They start calling on telephone or mobile right from early morning as if the people receiving have no other work to deal with. Will people abstain from sending such useless messages outside their circle and will ring after about 10 o’clock. It is useless to expect from mobile companies and in particular BSNL, which has least regards for its customers. It suffers from Babu Dom.
